Can never gain accesss to the ATM machine after hours. Thought maybe there was a glitch but this is the 3rd attempt since I was in the area and needed to deposit money. Now have to drive out of my way to do so. Smh

I went to the bank in person, produced valid government-issued identification, and was still denied access to my own money unless I verified myself through a text message -- while standing inside the bank with proof of my identity. I can't have my own money!

I over reacted when I was in my crazy girl mode. The staff was very understanding.
