Cool Cat Auto Repair has earned a strong reputation over the years for providing honest, professional, and affordable auto services. Customers appreciate the friendly and respectful staff, including trusted team members like Frank and JR, who are known for being informative and helpful. Many reviews highlight the quick turnaround and fair pricing, often significantly lower than other shops. For example, one customer was amazed to get a bumper fixed for free in just minutes, saving a substantial amount compared to a previous quote from another place. The shop is also praised for its kindness, with staff going above and beyond by washing and vacuuming a vehicle for a customer who is about to have a baby. Customers feel confident in the quality of work and trust the shop’s recommendations, especially since they have resources to refer to if needed. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with honesty and transparency, makes Cool Cat a preferred choice for auto repairs. With over 25 years of trusted service, it is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable, friendly, and affordable auto care.
Came to this place with an issue regarding my engine. They fixed it in less than 40 minutes. Encountered a guy who traveled 70 miles to service his car here, just showing the true high quality and standard of this place.
