“Excellent service, even better prices. I woke up this morning to a flat tire, so I reached out to the closest tire shop, Diamond Tires & Auto Repairs. Richard and Alex made it feel like I was getting help from my own brothers, they were so friendly and helpful. If you need your tires repaired or replaced, I highly recommend this place.”
“Big brand Tires has become my go to wheel and tire shop. The associates are always polite and ready to help. Most recently I had my Volkswagen in for some tire Repairs and working with Emilio was an absolute delight. The work was done well, and I got my car back in a timely manner. I Recommend this location at Shea and the 51 to my friends and family anytime the subject of Tires comes up in a conversation.”
“Rode down and had 2 new 999s put on my 2019 Heritage today. Was in and out in an hour, staff was all incredibly friendly even Dallas the shop dog!! Will definitely be returning, glad I found a great shop here in the Phoenix area!”

“I use the 24th St & Buckeye location for my professional and personal vehicles. The customer service and attention to detail are unparalleled. I highly recommend this shop!”
“I came in for an oil change on a car new to me and there was some unexpected repairs I needed but Nate was great through the entire process up. He was up front and worked with me well explaining and showing me exactly what I needed.”
“If you are looking for an honest and reliable shop to be a lifelong customer at - look no farther. Hi-Tech Car Care consistently delivers excellent service at market-standard prices.”
“Went in for a flat repair, not knowing it was a free service they provide, so I was very happily surprised! Aside from it being free, it was fast and the staff was great. With service like this I think I found my spot for the next time I need a new set of tires.”

“Keenan, Michelle, Robert and the whole crew are genuine caring professionals! We have been taking our cars to this experienced group for years. Our daughters use them too! They are very responsive and take the time to go over details to help understand the situation. They are honest about what needs immediate attention and what can be scheduled of and taken care of over time. Thank you Virginia Auto!!”
“First time stepping into a Big Brand Tire, and they actually nailed it. Rolled in with a rare car — one of the techs even pointed it out — and they still had me sorted. Brakes had been screaming for weeks, every other shop wanted prices like I was buying their holiday in Fiji. Big Brand came in under all of them, got the parts, and had the job done in less than four hours. That’s fast. That’s sharp. That’s the way it should be.
While I was there, she corrected my wheel and tyre measurements for the future setup — previously was looking at a very off suggestion by another shoppe, which would have been a disaster. We settled on 245/35R19 up front on 9.5” wheels, 285/35R19 in the back on 10” Aggressive stance, just the right poke, good handling — exactly what I wanted.
Everyone I spoke with was genuine, no fluff, no wasted words. Fair price, quick turnaround, competent work. Walked in with a problem, walked out impressed.
Second Visit
Came back for a second visit, and they delivered just as brilliantly. This time it was my windows that needed attention — a minor but persistent issue — and a few plugs tossed in while they were at it. Same crew, same sharp, competent service. Quick, fair, and no nonsense. It’s rare to find a shop that treats both your car and your time with that level of respect, but Big Brand Tire consistently nails it.”
“Excellent, Here I am again here to testify on behalf of Express automotive and its crew. Today the owner Waseek was not in the shop. Instead I was greeted by his wife Rima. She provided the same quality service plus candor and empathy. My car got fixed the same day by their excellent mechanic Calvin he installed my new alternator in less than 2 hours. The total cost for parts and service was not only reasonable but affordable. I strongly recommend this family to take care of your cars.”
“I was very impressed with manager Fenando here at Big O tires.... if you need anything in phoenix see Fernando he'll go above and beyond to help in any way possible... Great manager and team at Big O”
“I had the pleasure of going to Raw Tires today. It was 1/2 hour until closing and they fixed my tire for me. I had just arrived from a vacation and was leaving for business the next morning. Every other tire place was closed. Not only did they fix it at the last minute for me they refused to charge me. I couldn't believe it! The nicest guys and so hospitable! I will be a customer for life! Thank you for all your help today. I am so grateful to you!”

“Amazing customer service and fast turn around!! I bought a used car that needed a couple tires asap. They were down the street, followed up with quoted price and extremely fast service. Didn't lie like the first place I went that was twice the price and 4 tines as long of wait. So now, I recommend them to any and everyone. I now feel safe driving back home up the I17 with fresh rubber on my newly purchased 2015 Ford Focus ST. Size was 205/40R17, so kinda oddball, bur they hooked a brotha up!!!”
“I got the Amsoil oil and filter change, and a quote for am engine mount replacement. I'll bringing it back in for the second procedure. They did a thorough check of various points of concern, that aligned with what I had checked prior to bringing it in.”
“Great service, the guys were nice, presented me with options, no heavy upselling. Car went in a disaster and returned driving like new. Highly recommend this Big O Tires.”
“I came to Honest-1Auto Care without an appointment and asked if they could check my car battery which wouldn't start earlier in the day. The battery was close to 3 years old and had to be replaced. Had they had one in stock, they would have replaced it right away. But they had to get one from a local warehouse. After about an hour's wait, I was on my way again. The Honest-1 team is great!”
“Ever since I moved here to Arizona, I found the guys at This Big-O-Tires to be PHENOMENAL! I’ve taken my Audi to the dealership and Did Not Receive the level of customer service and genuine care and understanding like the guys at Big-O. They’ve DEFINITELY have earned my REPEAT BUSINESS! “The guys at Wilhelm Automotive are great and their service is A1 with very reasonable prices. I went to get a wheel alignment after I repaired my lower control arms with used parts and the alignment was perfect! unfortunately, one of the control arms that I used failed within the first week and my alignment came back out of whack, I told them what happened and they offered to redo it for free after I fix the lower control arm…That’s amazing thank you guys. I will refer to all my friends and family.”

Money well spent.”
“Today my husband brought in our car for oil change. He brought the coupon that came in the mail no more than a week ago. THEY DID NOT HONOR IT DUE TO OIL PRICES. I think if someone comes in with a coupon not expired they should honor it. THEY SENT THEM OUT!”
“Very professional and honest! you can tell the owner worked hard to have this business. Wish I came here for my rims and tires! Had a lift kit installed. Definitely will be coming back for rims for my Infiniti.”
“Super quick stop in they were able to check out my rear wheel bearings found no issues. Didn’t have to wait an entire day just to speak with a tech.. back on the road”

“Discount tires in Flagstaff replaced my old tires after 2 flats on I-40 but could not align. Firebird Tire finished the job. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.”
