Desert Lakes Apartments is a quiet community in a good area with a great and nice staff. Many residents find it a great place to live, reporting that the customer service is good, prompt, and awesome, with staff that communicates openly. The application process is smooth and easy. Maintenance is praised as great, quick, efficient, and responsive, keeping the grounds meticulous and completing work orders the same day. The outside of the property is actively maintained. Residents feel safe in the complex and enjoy the community area. However, the apartments are located in a questionable part of Phoenix, a neighborhood that is just okay compared to others. The units themselves are extremely dated and not maintained particularly well inside, sometimes feeling small and cramped. There can be issues with pests like roaches, and parking is awful for two-car households. The property has a gate, but it is not fully secure. Occasional inconveniences like noisy neighbors or broken amenities occur, though management makes an effort to address issues. Overall, it is considered a solid place with good management but in a less desirable area.
I love it here its very quiet an a good area as well and the staff is very nice too it a great community area so I give it five stars

Especially considering where these apartments are. I do think Desert Lakes deserves a 5 star rating. They maintain well and if you need anything fixed they are quick and efficient. The staff is great and they communicate openly.

Great Place to live got a great deal to move in no judgement here !! Only Issue I Have Is that One Can’t get food delivered after houses no gate code at night to let drivers in
