Montevida Apartment Homes is a great apartment complex that residents love and highly recommend. The management and leasing staff are wonderful, amazing, great, and very helpful. They are responsive, easy to work with, communicate very well, and always put residents' welfare first. The maintenance team is very hands on, respectful, and friendly, addressing needs right away. The apartments feature brand new appliances, an open floor plan, and full-size washers and dryers. Many find it very affordable and note it is the best complex they have experienced. Residents are very pleased and feel the people here actually care.
I been residing in Montevida for over a year. I have a zero complaints. The office staff are always so friends and welcoming. The maintenance team is really time efficient and most of the time they will come the same day you put the request in. The units are spacious. The property is always clean and well-kept.

I've been a resident here for 2+ years. And I absolutely love it here. They have newsletters regarding any updates or maintenance. All the girls in the office are amazing. There is always some type of community events to meet your neighbors. It is great

I have lived here for almost 8 years. I enjoy how walkable the area is, close to a grocery store and the light rail. The staff makes this an enjoyable place to live by addressing issues within the community. They keep us informed via email on the happenings daily.
