They have a different staff everyday. Initially August 12th 2025 around 11:00 a.m. I had an amazing service agent. Unfortunately I didn't get her name and you come back and you bring the car in and you get a different schmuck asking if I had grenades in the car while he's doing personal calls.

Horrible experience. Had to drop off a brand new car for service and had a vehicle approval through the dealership. They said it should take up to 30 min, I sat 6 feet from them for over 30 min and they say nothing, so I ask where my car is and they say that they don't have one, and don't have an ETA on when they will have...
