Family Dollar is a convenient store that offers a wide range of products, from toiletries and kitchen utensils to medicines and home supplies. While the store generally has the essentials customers need, the surrounding area can be a concern, with reports of "weirdos" and "crackheads" causing issues. The staff is described as great, but they sometimes face challenges from disruptive customers. Despite these challenges, the store is considered a decent option when in need of quick, affordable items. The store has recently undergone changes, with a new manager and team, leading to a cleaner and more organized environment, with a variety of Christmas decorations and gifts available.
