Marisol and Anthony were super good at customer service, working on the car in a timely, fast, and sufficient manner. The reviewer had other things to do but still had time leaving Firestone, and highly recommends the shop. Anthony and Mari were amazing, and the reviewer would recommend anyone to visit the shop. Keith was awesome and did a wonderful job on the vehicle. Firestone, especially Ethan, did a great job on the reviewer's car, performing an oil change and lube, and finding that the tires had almost no tread, which the reviewer didn't know. The reviewer didn't have an appointment, but they were able to drop the vehicle off in the morning and fix the A/C issue by mid-afternoon. The reviewer is always happy with the work and finds the guys at the shop to be very friendly, helpful, and not pressuring them to add services.
I was out of town and had a flat. Keith the service manager was incredibly helpful. He took my vehicle right in and estimated about an hour to change out the tire. He called me 30 minutes later. All done. I highly recommend Firestone on 44th and Thomas!
