“Beautiful arrangement, when flowers were delivered there was nobody home. The driver did not want to leave outside and said he would retry in a couple of hours. Tatum Flowers called and asked when I wanted a redelivery, I told them the recipient was now home and they delivered same day as promised. Top notch customer service.”

The arrangement I initially chose had some colors that weren’t available, and they didn’t just substitute without asking—they reached out to show me the updated color palette and even sent a photo of the new bouquet before it went out. And all of this happened the same day!

“I am very happy with my purchase! I called a couple of hours before closing and needed an arrangement to pick up first thing the following morning. They assured me that it would be ready and it was! I was very impressed. The arrangement was beautiful and much bigger than I expected for my $60 budget! The flowers were high quality and there wasn't a lot of "fillers" like leaves that just take up space and don't really add to the aesthetics of the arrangement. They made sure to add fresh water and food and package it carefully before I left. This will definitely be my go to floral place from now on!”

“I'm from out of state and wanted to surprise some friends on the day they were moving to AZ. I ordered through Pam with a note saying to leave the flowers at the door since they might not be home.
Pam reached out to let me know that the weather was too hot to leave them, and worked with me to get a delivery time where they would receive the flowers in person by their delivery person.
She even gave some advice for the new residents on how to survive the hot summers! Pam is the best and I really appreciated her going out of her way to help my friends have a special arrival to their new home.”

“I have used Phoenix Flower Shops exclusively for quite a while. All of the bouquets I have ordered have been fantastic. I ordered a Birthday bouquet for my wife, ordered on Friday morning for delivery on Friday afternoon. It arrived at the proper time and very beautiful. My wife loved it. The following Sunday 2 days later it had begun to wilt. I called them on Monday morning told them my issue. Within 5 minutes the nice lady looked up my order and with out another thought said it would be replaced and delivered that afternoon. By 1pm it arrived and my wife and I are very happy with the new bouquet.
