About Fry's Pharmacy
Based on the reviews, Fry's Pharmacy on 35th and Thunderbird has some of the sweetest and most caring pharmacy staff. The employees are fantastic, wonderful, and always classy, full of great care and customer service. They always go out of the way to make sure medication is ready. The staff, including Heather, Jen, Andrew, Lee, Kimberly, Kendra, Nancy, and Mandee, are described as absolutely amazing, patient, helpful, and going above and beyond. Heather was hospitable at the register and had a great attitude, while Andrew took time to explain medicine. Kendra went above and beyond to contact insurance, and Nancy broke down how to take new medications. Even when there were problems with insurance or addresses, the team made the process smooth. The pharmacy treats customers like a person and not just a number, with friendliness and professionalism. Customers get good vibes from everyone and have never had a problem. The pharmacy is highly recommended for its supportive and impressive service.

Lee the pharmacist is absolutely amazing, he's patient and very helpful and goes above and beyond to help with any concerns. Kimberly, Kendra and Heather ALL go above and beyond. Definitely the best pharmacy I've ever used.
