The folks working there are very helpful and communicative. I had an issue with the timing on my ticket, app, and rental info being different and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Will be renting from this location again due to the employees.

Small location might not have your vehicle. Call first!

Arrived at 8 am when they opened . One person working the counter and getting the cars. Stood in line almost an hour before we were helped. There are 5 to 7 people walking around the room and the manager is sitting in the back. This will be the last time we rent from here. And we had a reservation, what a waste.
