The selection is deep and outstanding, featuring a variety of cuts like ribeye, filet, sirloin, brisket, skirt, and sausage. They also carry wagyu, aged cuts, exotics, and outside skirt steaks. Their dry aged meat is fantastic.

The meat I buy is fresh. No mystery meat. The bacon tastes really good. I've haven't bought packaged bacon for so long I forgot how good it's supposed to taste.
