Best butcher in the area and great, reasonable prices. Friendly and inviting, very knoweldable. This is my new go to local butcher. The meat is high quality, straight from the farm, no additives or oxidation/additives. I'll be back!

I've been here twice to buy elk. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with recipes, and gave me advice on how to prepare my elk ribs. I love how they cam out. And your boisenberry jam is a hit! Thank you for coming to the neighborhood! Al.
