Journeys provides amazing customer service from professional, kind, and helpful staff. Employees are dedicated and go above and beyond, making exchanges easy and saving customers time and money. They help find specific shoes, place and special orders for online or out-of-stock items, and have items arrive at a customer's home. The store carries cool items like Goosebumps attire and various kicks. Customers report being very pleased and plan to shop there more often.

Jesse who runs this store is very professional and helpful when looking for the shoes I needed. He was helpful for my exchange and helped me place an order for some shoes that were for online order only.
