His workers just finished removing our tub/shower and installing a walk-in shower, toilet and new floor. They did an awesome job and it looks wonderful. The guys were always on time, they made sure to cover everything to keep the mess down and they were always very curteous and very proficient and they also let me take photos of the process. “We had our one year repairs done on our new build and our builder contracted Stockett for some caulking on our stone countertop. Dougley came out on behalf, and he went above and beyond and addressed some chips in the countertop. It looks as good as new. Highly recommend and very happy with the result”

“We had the most seamless successful experience with PWC, and our personal designer Michael Barlowe. We walked in with nothing but a hope and a dream and Michael took it from there! He worked so patiently and interactively with our dreams and within the parameters of the room and the budget. He was 100 % responsive and available at all hours unbelievably. We absolutely wouldn’t have even attempted our complete kitchen remodel without his confidence, guidance and knowledge. I asked if I could look around a bit since I had not been here before and was I ever in for a treat! Now mind you, I love rocks, stones and jewels, plus I am in the process of building my own home. “Timothy was an amazing help when it came to finding our slab for our kitchen. My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience at other tile stores, and came here as a last resort. The minute I walked in with a sample of our floor tile, he knew which slab would work with it best, which ended up being one of my favorites from another shop(they didn’t have enough slabs). With the help of his coworker, they pulled all four slabs out and allowed us to examine them all even though it was right at their closing time. Timothy and his team went above and beyond and we could not be more appreciative.”

“The quality of their work is excellent, their pricing was significantly lower than other bids and in particular, they don't add a lot of profit on top of actual slab nor play games in measuring that others did to make it seem like we needed more material than we actually did. The other major differentiator is that, when you have a problem with a manufacturer (CAMBRIA) who refused to honor their warranty (twice denied after appeals) years after an install, Accent contacted them and immediately got them to accept responsibility. That means a lot and they were great about ensuring we were satisfied. I can't recommend them enough.”
