“Great selection of all different style materials. The process of getting in and out of the slab area is a breeze. The staff at the front and back counters make it very simple to navigate through the whole process. It's a great way to get the whole effect of counter selections for new kitchens and bathrooms with the clients. They even have porcelain slabs which are very impressive to see.”

“8/17/26 Update: apparently the project manager (at the time) had told Joe that all the repairs and adjustments were completed so he would get paid. As soon as Joe saw my review, he contacted me to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. His cabinet guy came by this morning and fixed all the problems. He even wiped down all the cabinets. A job well done! I have now given this company 5 stars as I am now very happy.
I hired Joe to do cabinets and countertops. He seemed like a nice guy. From the beginning there were delays. After months and many, many phone calls (on my part) and excuses (on their part) my kitchen was installed. In the process they broke my microwave and I had to replace it. I advised Joe and his cabinet guy that a drawer front and a cabinet door were crooked and needed to be fixed. Joe said it would be fixed but then in another call said he was having business problems and would get back to me when they were sorted out. That was 2 years ago and I haven't heard from him since. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy. I have been dealing with a sick husband or I would have left this review earlier.”
“I went in looking for a specific replacement shower valve and wasn't exactly sure which model I needed. One of th epmloyees took the time to look at the pictures I had on my phone, helped me out and got me the right part, and even showed me a couple more options. I was able to get just what I needed without wasting time. Excellent customer service!”
