Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Phoenix, AZ Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store overall was clean. Staff are always helpful and can be amazing, knowledgeable, and a gem that provides extra motivation. Some employees are good and have worked there for a long time. However, customer service is sometimes just ok or the worst. There can be difficulties with returns without a receipt. At times, there is never a salesman when you need one, and if you find one, he may not be knowledgeable. The presence of secret shoppers can also be obvious and ridiculous. Despite frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable assistance is available to help customers finish their projects.
This experience, the staff is helpful. Store is just put together weird.

clean , Quiet . Didnt have any galvanized 3/4 fittings. And From the time i exited my truck until check out. I did not see or talk to 1 employee. No help no hiya. No check out greeting. Kinda like shopping at a do it all yourself morgue..
