“Easy place to park….. nice people working here…. Lots of overnight parking…. If not occupied You can use Dock next to the small door with number 8 …. They only have one dock…. Definitely I’ll comeback to this warehouse.”

“Such a good experience! I absolutely appreciated that they came to my house for a custom wheelchair assessment and measurement taking. My tech was Mason and he was superb! Very friendly and explained everything I had questions about. He even made sure I could get through the doors in my house in the new wheelchair! The wheelchair I got is absolutely fantastic! It fits me great and the process of getting the insurance involved was a bit bumpy at first but went smoothly overall. Only issue was with the my doctors office so this had nothing to do with the company. After a call with the doctor office, things went great from there! I got my custom manual wheelchair a month later and its absolutely beautiful and my tech, Mason, made sure I knew how to take care of it and that I was comfortable with it! Highly recommend this place!”

“Sorry for all the bad reviews - so far, my experience has been good. It took a little bit to get paperwork finished, but once everything was in place, it was all go! Great communication, easy to make an appointment, reminder call the day before. Met with Mai (RT), and chose a new (to me) mask. We went over options of other masks. The Peoria location was easy to get to (all freeway). Thanks!!”
