Michaels is a store where everything is easy to find and the staff is always friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming. Customers are greeted and offered assistance. The store is clean and easy to navigate, offering an expansive assortment of craft supplies, party decorations, and seasonal decor. While it doesn't always have every specific item, the staff is happy to help find items or check other locations. The Phoenix branch provides services like balloon inflation. Many find it a cozy stop with great customer service and appreciate the staff's recommendations for savings.
