NAPA Auto Parts is a retail store and distribution center with a large inventory of parts, including those that are hard or impossible to find. It often has what customers need in store, and if not, will get parts pretty fast. The parts are often equal or better in quality, though usually more expensive than some competitors. The store offers curbside pickup, delivery, and in-store shopping. The counter help seems more experienced, and they provide awesome customer service. The people are nice and helpful. For deliveries, access is from the back of the store; the back-in is very tight and there are no deliveries on weekends. The delivery office is in the very back corner of the building.
They had the only impact 1 11/16 impact socket I could find without ordering saved my butt thanks Napa!

The people I encountered initially weren't that good. But my second encounter was much better. Tom renewed my faith that good customer service still exists. This is why I give them 4 out of 5 stars.
