Ortega's Auto Repair is a family-owned shop in central Phoenix known for competent, honest, and straightforward service. They are recognized for their reasonable and affordable prices, often significantly less than dealerships, with no upselling. The mechanics are skilled, providing great service for maintenance, repairs, advisement, and inspections. The business is extremely flexible with hours, including most Saturday mornings. While follow-ups on repair status may be needed, the personnel are generally friendly. They offer service in both English and Spanish. Located at 105 W. Hilton Ave., it is a highly recommended spot for reliable auto repair.
I've taken my truck and referred My Mom and Dad's cars/truck here too! From Techs to Front office, always handled with respect and professionalism! #1 highly recommend!

They are one of the best auto repair shops in the valley. I've been doing business with Ortega's auto repair for the last 15 years and they are honest with their work. They do it all. From an oil change to auto body repair they can get the job done.

This family owned shop is among the best… the dealership asked me for $7k to fix my mini copper and they did everything for less than $1k and since then. I go there for almost everything
