Outlets North Phoenix offers a shopping experience with 40 major brand name stores, providing up to 70% off retail prices. Visitors can build a new wardrobe, find the perfect pair of shoes, or discover the ideal gift, all while enjoying a luxury hotel-inspired setting at the on-site cafes. The center encourages shoppers to take advantage of the free Elite Rewards member card, which offers extra discounts throughout the center.
Customers praise the convenient location and nice atmosphere of the outlet mall, highlighting the variety of stores and the friendly employees. However, some concerns have been raised about the safety of the center, particularly in the play area, where children have been reported to be at risk of being run over by bicycles.
Despite these issues, Outlets North Phoenix is described as an underrated but pretty convenient and nice place to shop for a range of items, from clothing and shoes to food. The center's Easter egg hunt and bingo activities are also mentioned as enjoyable experiences for families.
