The system is easy to use, allowing updates online. However, the location is not convenient for some, requiring a U-turn. There are noted issues: missing vacuums with low suction, more trash on the floor towards the end of the day, and loud music. Some report that cars may come out with scratches, blowers do not dry the sides well, and a brush can knock side view mirrors in, even on small cars.

AJ was great. The best customer service I have received at any cash wash. Did not waste my time or try and uncomfortably upsell me. Gave me the exact monthly service I need as a rideshare driver. Highly recommend this place!!!
