They do not hold checks, even for large amounts. Members have been with them for a long time and have never had problems.     I bank with another credit union, but used TruWest as a shared branch. I had an issue with the cashiers check. TruWest went above and beyond to help me! I truly recommend this branch! Excellent customer service and care!
