Tv Repair & Electronics is a rare find and a gem, as not many people still fix TVs. The business is very old school and manual, operating from a garage filled with many TVs. The owner and technicians are very nice and very knowledgeable with fixing TVs. They really know what they are doing and will try over and over with many different parts to find an issue, not stopping until the item is fixed. They explained everything that was done and tried. The service is very affordable. However, it is not the best customer service. Everything is written down manually, like on a Post-It note, and you have to keep in contact with them for updates as they may not call you. Their English is not that great. TVs may not be fixed on the day promised and might be kept longer than usual, so you have to trust it will work out. Despite this, they are making it happen for complex repairs others deem unrepairable, leaving customers very happy.
They fixed the backlight on my Samsung TV. Not too many people out there still fixing TVs. So this is a gem and a rare find. The owner was very nice. My TV was not fixed on the day promised. I was looking a fuse and after 3 or 4 ace and home depot, no luck at all a try this place and the technician took time to fine the fuse and let me have it, free , I was so happy finaly find the right fuse, so I give him some tips ?
