This is the one bank that I have never had a bad experience. Love the staff and if closed customer service has always been helpful. Trust me when BofA puts a 10 day hold on CASH you know there are problems.

Friendly even when busy. I also liked that they are open until 6 so that I can get there after work before it closes. My first in person deposit. I didn't know they gave free coin wrappers and Emilo offered them even when he could have saved time by pushing me through the line.
