Walgreens Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers have had excellent experiences, with helpful and kind staff members like Elaine, Krystin, and Al, others have encountered issues with slow service and rude employees. The pharmacy is often described as one of the slowest in the area, with prescriptions rarely being ready on time and customers having to wait 30 minutes or more in the drive-through. Additionally, the pharmacy doesn't always call to let customers know when their prescriptions are ready. However, the pharmacy staff has also been praised for their willingness to go the extra mile to help customers. One customer, in particular, was impressed by a staff member who helped them locate a hard-to-find antibiotic for their daughter, even calling other Walgreens locations to check for availability. Overall, the Walgreens Pharmacy seems to offer a varied experience, with some customers being highly satisfied with the service and others finding it frustrating. While the pharmacy staff can be helpful and accommodating, there are also reports of rude behavior from certain employees, which can leave a negative impression.
I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens on 32nd street and Shea. I had a canvas printed for my mother in law and it turned out fantastic. Clark helped me with my canvas and it turned out so beautiful! The manager Todd made sure I received a proper discount. This team totally made my day!

This has got to be one of the slowest pharmacies around. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time, they don’t call to let you know if it’s ready, and you often have to wait 30 minutes or more in the drive through.
