Poor leadership - it shouldn’t take over a week to get a notary or to have assistance opening a checking account. The fact they never provided an account number and asked for forms of ID (Victoria & Izzy) that weren’t linked on file further complicates what should be & is a simple process with any other bank

I’m sure Wells Fargo is a great bank, but steer clear of this location - branch manager Victoria is simply looking for a reason to be combative rather than listening to the experience of the people that pay her bills. Sad.
