“Eli and Mark are awesome! I moved to the area 8 years ago and brought two old vehicles. I was referred to them by a coworker who had two older cars as well. They have kept them running really well. My 97 Honda and my 2013 Subaru have over 400,000 miles combined! They saved me so much money because having to buy a new car is so expensive and I have 3 kids so money is always tight. They are always booked out quite a bit so don't think you can walk in there and demand them to drop everythingto take care of you. Be kind and patient and they will take care of your car and they stand behind their work. Sometimes, parts can be hard to get, especially since Covid. The hardest part about writing this is if they get any more customers it means it will be harder to get my cars in. Couldn't be happier with them and their service!”

“Bought a 2015 ford fusion titanium from carvana two months ago. Had a driver side blend door actuator go out which caused no heat on driver side. I was very nervous handing my keys to others trusting they would treat my property with respect. Went here because it's a selected provider of silverrock waranty work.
Let me tell you guys. What a breath of fresh air it was to have these guys. JR helped with so much calm cool and knowledgeable customer service and had a gentleman named Bob who has been a ford master mechanic for 25+ years just making it look easy. I was in and out of there in 3 hours. I was expecting 3 days. I can't express enough of how happy I am with the work and service provided to me at this location. Definitely returning to have my ford serviced here for the foreseeable future.

2nd visit: just got a new batterey, transmission service, oil change, two new tires, cv axle, rear brakes and alignment. Few... these guys are a life saver. Stuck to schedule did exactly what was promised. No surprises at the end. J.R always makes these experiences very smooth and friendly. Just drove it home and I have no doubt everything was done professionally without cutting corners.

“Went in for new Snug Top gas struts. They had the parts in stock and installed them, reasonable price. Then Jerry tightened up all the loose parts on the hatch/door, no charge. While I was there a guy brought in parts he had purchased on the internet for his topper that didn't fit his truck. Jerry had the right parts for his truck in stock. The guy had the nuts to ask if Jerry would just trade the stuff he bought on the internet for the correct parts. I could see that there was no benefit for the shop but Jerry did the guy a solid and took the parts in exchange. These days people give poor reviews for the slightest imperfection. This place exemplifies great customer service and professionalism. If you want something to make your ride better, check with these guys first.”
