“In a world where it's difficult to find helpful folks, Kay has restored my faith in just how great one person can be. I'm not a regular to this Safeway, as I'm from Tucson. I was in self check out and realized I was not getting my discount for some items. Kay showed me how to navigate the app to quickly change my in store shopping location and easily find the discounted items I was purchasing. Kay was patient and kind. She knows her job well, and I sincerely appreciate her top-notch customer service. Kudos to Kay! I hope she gets recognized by her manager because she deserves it”

“Wonderful employees!A woman was dropped off by a hurried Uber driver and told us Girl Scout parents at a cookie booth that she needed someone to call when she was done because she didn't have a phone and didn't know how. He left her standing at our cookie booth table.I didn't get the managers name- tall, well dressed man, light blue shirt- he took care of getting her inside to shop and called a cab when she was done. Another assistant manager- young, shorter woman, curly hair- ensured her cab was coming, brought her a handicart to sit on while she waited, and had very patient and kind conversations with her.While inside shopping and using their very clean restroom, I heard many interactions with customers. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and no one seemed anxious or rushed.This Fry's is no where near my home, but if I'm in the area, I'll make a point of remembering to do my shopping there!”

“Safeway Pharmacy has fantastic lead pharmacists and clerks, since they got rid of one "bad apple" clerk within the last year. We've had all of our covid shots and some other vaccinations there from the lead pharmacist, he's a great guy, very professional, courteous, and with a wry sense of humor when prodded. Safeway's automated phone system is much better now than it was previously, and when a prescription runs out, they contact the prescribing doctor very quickly. We've moved all of our prescriptions there and are glad we stuck with them while some of the bumps were worked out.”

“This Walgreens in particular is very good. I go to pain management and when I go out to see my doctor I want to get everything done and get back home. This place knows that so they start on my prescriptions as soon as they are sent. By the time I get to the pharmacy they are almost done filling it and my doctor is on the same street! Monica is very helpful as is the entire staff.”
