The customer service is over the top with very friendly and attentive staff, their merchandise is wonderful, great quality and stylish. I’m a petite person and often don’t find things in boutiques that work but at Purple Clover I always walk away with a bag or two of beautiful additions to my wardrobe. Many of their items are great for traveling as well. I highly recommend stopping in.”

“I shop at this location on a relatively consistent basis, and while it’s always been a fun place to shop, it has looked cleaner and more personable. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I was trying to find something they had on their website (earrings) sadly they didn’t carry it in store. The store manager Justice was quick to suggest some very similar ones that were both, more affordable and even more appealing! I left feeling like they listened and cared about my experience that day and their fun but professional personalities made it a nice experience!”

“I am completely blown away by this company's customer service! Buying a hat online is incredibly risky since a fraction of an inch changes how it sits on your brow. I ordered my standard size, but when it arrived, it was way too tight.I reached out to customer support, and they immediately reordered a new size for me. Unfortunately, when the second hat arrived, it still didn't fit right because the crown shape just didn't match the contours of my head. Instead of giving up on me or just offering a generic refund, the Drawn West team went completely out of their way to solve the problem. They suggested that I drive up to Prescott for a fitting. When I arrived they looked at my measurements and suggested a totally different hat style that would better accommodate my head shape. The new style fits like an absolute dream! It is rare to see a store show this level of patience, expertise, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. They easily could have walked away after the second try, but they stuck with me until it was perfect. Thank you so much!”
