“These guys are great...always have been! Stopped in to make an appointment to get the driver door checked out...top pin seemed to be gradually working out a bit... Wyatt looked at it right then, tapped it back in and greased the pins and hinges. Thank you! I will be back in about 3 months for new bushings and pins! “I have never in my life met a nicer bunch of guys that were so willing to help when I didn't have anything to give. Abraham went above and beyond made sure that I was comfortable cuz I had to sleep in the parking lot. They let me use their bathroom and charge my phone cuz my van was completely dead.
In the morning, they put a brand new battery in my car and made sure that I was taken care of.
In my opinion they all deserve five stars all of them. They were just awesome.

“I had a great experience buying a new car today at Findlay Hyundai Prescott. It was efficient and painless! Remember when you spent hours grinding on price? It seemed like you were there for hours while made you sweat. Yesterday was completely unlike that. Salesman Tony Meckarowski and I came to financial terms very quickly, and what a deal! I went through credit check and then the once-dreaded finance department very quickly. From past experience, I remember signing hundreds of pages; now they have this very slick tablet based Docusign-like system. It took 20 minutes to finish with Finance. And I love my new Tucson. It was a great experience overall. I hope everyone has the pleasure of doing business with these folks.”

He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today.
