“I use these folks about every 4-6 weeks and have been for some time now. They are hard working and I have not had any issues with them. The cars are clean, well maintained and the rental fast and easy. Due to MY mistake I missed the pickup time of my car by quite abit and the owner of the franchise took care of me with no issues.”
“I’ve been renting for years from both Avis locations the mall & airport both locations have very great customer service, I always get clean vehicles & I’ve never had an issue on the road & I rent very frequently. This is important to me because sometimes I rent passenger vans to drive teams to event out of state & I’ve never had a mechanical issue or safety problem. Andrea at the mall is great & Mike over at the airport is too they always go above & beyond.”
“I would have given Enterprise a 5 star, but the roadside assistance was horrible, so that is where improvements need to be made. Everything else was outstanding from the beginning to the end.... I would not get roadside assistance again. Not worth it in my opinion.”

I told him what I was looking for (hard to come by) and he would periodically text me letting me know he’s keeping an eye out for one. On his day off, he found out the specific vehicle I was looking for was assigned to Findley Toyota Prescott. He immediately called & we worked out a deal.
