“The guy with the beard is great. We rent from them regularly for out of state trips. We were happy to vacuum, wipe down, and fill the one low tire. We know they get swamped and doing all they can. Small crew that’s super busy and am thankful for the great cars and prompt service. These guys at that location deserve a raise!”

“I have used this spot before to pick up a rental car. Booking.com has car rental options with Avis and budget. It’s a small car place and only reason I gave a 4 rating is that when I arrived no staff was there and I waited for 10 minutes. And I did have a reservation. I have always been pleased with the cars I got. Usually an upgrade from what I order. The drop off is real easy.”
“I’ve been renting for years from both Avis locations the mall & airport both locations have very great customer service, I always get clean vehicles & I’ve never had an issue on the road & I rent very frequently. This is important to me because sometimes I rent passenger vans to drive teams to event out of state & I’ve never had a mechanical issue or safety problem. Andrea at the mall is great & Mike over at the airport is too they always go above & beyond.”
“I would have given Enterprise a 5 star, but the roadside assistance was horrible, so that is where improvements need to be made. Everything else was outstanding from the beginning to the end.... I would not get roadside assistance again. Not worth it in my opinion.”
