“We had an issue with the scanner on an iPhone. The minute we entered the store we were greeted with friendly and helpful employees who asked numerous questions to determine how best to help us. Kudos to the General Manager Adam and Associate Nicole for their thorough and exceptional assistance. We will return to this store in the future. BTW - I have been a Verizon customer for 35 years and this is the first positive review I have written!”

“From Prescott, Az.-- I was exceptionally privileged to work, over the course of 3 (!) mornings, this weekend (Fri.-Sun.), at the Willow Creek Verizon office, with Mr. Angel Ortega. Intermittent interruption of Verizon internet & phone services brought me, repeatedly, into the store ! A very considerable amount of time was spent with me; I NEVER felt rushed or slighted by my ignorance or questions. His patience and appreciation for my anxieties stood out as strong character traits. His courtesy is totally refreshing ! He has a complete knowledge base about these 'tiny computers' (phones) and their functionality. The issues about my phone were more than satisfactorily resolved. Verizon company would be at a Great, Greatest Loss to lose THIS employee. Thank You, AGAIN, Angel !!”

“I want to thank Mgr. Steven Kemp and the crew for their unmatched customer service handling my 96 year old father’s phone. Unfortunately, my dad was not properly turning his phone off while in one's pocket causing who knows what…… Steve and his team customized and personalized his phone, Apps and walked through proper operating procedures to meet his needs as this is his emergency beacon to reach out. My warmest thanks from Orlando, Fl. on our visit to your store in Prescott. Thanks for the hot tip on best burgers in town. (HB) Jerome Steve (Ret) USN”

“Went in yesterday in tears because verizon wouldn't release my phone number to Mint. Verizon wouldn't help, Mint wouldn't help. Evan and Dominique were super helpful. At first it looked like no hope, then the tears came again. I gave up and walked to my car but my husband didn't leave and with T Mobiles help, we're freed!!!! Thank you for ending my nightmare!!! God bless you both!!!”
