“I had Straighttalk for over 20 years and complained about reception problems with internet access and phone calls where we lived for the past 4 years. Reported issues numerous times without ever fixing the problem. Transferred all four phones and numbers from Straighttalk to Boost mobile and have been loving it ever since. NO dropped calls!! Don't have to talk to Straighttalk Customer Service ever again! That will be my biggest benefit in this transaction.”

“I visited the AT&T store in Prescott Valley and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by the young ladies there and they spoke SPANISH even my dear mother understood what was going on. They offered my family and me a fantastic deal, which led us to switch to AT&T. The manager demonstrated remarkable expertise in sales and was knowledgeable about various hidden offers and I mean hidden it almost felt like I was in on the inside scoop. I left the store with four new high-end phones and watches. Thank you guys outstanding job Sincerely , TIO”
