She was attentive and highly knowledgeable throughout each training session, modifying the protocols if need be for each pup and family. She even proactively problem solved adaptations for our previously troubled and minimally socialized boy. As a result we saw both instant and gradual improvements throughout. We've signed up for intermediate training just for her. Highly recommend.

VCA Thumb Butte Animal Hospital
1441 W Gurley St, PrescottA couple a months ago we made the very difficult decision to put our beloved Shih Tzu down. Our little Penelope Peabody had been seen by VCA Thumb Butte Animal Hospital since we adopted her, 8 months old. She had been suffering for sometime and acutely the last 48 hours of her life. The compassion and caring that was demonstrated by the Vet and Tech, the entire staff actually, was incredible. I could not have asked for a more soothing experience even though as we know, these times are so challenging to go through. I just wanted to publicly thank Thumb Butte and let them know that I think they are awesome and that they went above and beyond to take care of us! The “kit” that was given to us later including her ashes was amazing as well. We miss Pennie terribly but can’t thank Thumb Butte enough!

Today he also cut my son’s(5 yrs old) hair which I normally just buzzed every few months, and his patience and just interaction with him was awesome as well. He’s a great Barber, and I highly recommend booking with him.

I always check the restrooms 1st. 100% clean, smelt fresh too. Wanna feel at home in a small town bar, where everyone knows everyone, this is the bar to go to. Decent food, especially for this hidden gem, perfectly crisp onions rings & baken potatoes with chives, bacon, cheese yummy. Amazing welcoming environment. Perfectly cold drinks. Will be absolutely coming back. As a female who entered alone, never once did i feel, not safe. The clean bathrooms & safe environment is what sold me. Great parking too. Dont worry if someone parks behind you, they will have no problem moving on the nights it gets busy. I wish i had taken pictures. I was so caught up in the inventing safe atmosphere, great conversations, that i never once pulled out my phone. Wheelchair accessibility as well, which i also loved, little cramped, yet no one has a problem when u say excuse me. Inviting to everyone & anyone, able bodied or not. Its loud, its a sports bar, but not too loud.

The adoption process was affordable and straightforward, and Susan and the staff genuinely want the best for both cats and the adopters. Very caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their animals. Miss Kitty's Cat House
302 N Alarcon St, PrescottI have both adopted from Miss Kitty’s Cat House and also brought them cats I’ve rescued from the streets. Miss Kitty’s has been working with me for years to help the stray cat situation in my area, and I cannot express how grateful I am for everything they have done.
Whenever I find stray cats that are injured, sick, or in urgent need of help, they have stepped in to guide me and support me. They have helped with veterinary bills, answered countless questions while I cared for sick or injured cats, and provided support when I rescued very young kittens and didn’t know what to do.
They also helped two cats I rescued get fixed, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. Because of them, those cats were able to find safe homes instead of continuing to struggle on the streets.
Some situations have been incredibly difficult, and they have been there through those moments as well. They helped me humanely put down a cat that was suffering from a severe infection after being shot with a BB gun. When another tragic situation happened involving a mother cat and her newborns that I was caring for, the owner took the time to console me and help me process what happened.
Miss Kitty’s truly cares about the cats and the people trying to help them. Their compassion, experience, and willingness to step in during emergencies make an enormous difference in our community. I’m incredibly thankful for everything they have done for both the cats and for me.
