“Tracey that works in the printing center always goes out of her way to aid us with our business needs. Recently she produced a smaller flyer as a sample of our large flyer which we very much liked and ended up putting in a large order for the smaller flyer. Tracey is an uncommonly thoughtful employee who thinks on her feet and initiates. Thank you so much!”

“I love coming here, so easy. The staff is so friendly & efficient. Coming here for Amazon returns or anything else is a breeze! Though prime time (330-530) parking in their little lot can be challenging.”

“I Love this historic post office but it doesn’t have to have an historic flag. Please get it a NEW American flag ??. So many people come to this historic town for the worlds oldest rodeo in just a few weeks!”

“5 stars for Passport service with Rycci. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us square away the requirements to obtain a passport for our newborn. We were nervous at first since we had to bring our two little girls, but Rycci was very accommodating and put us at ease. Passport requirements on the DOS website are confusing, but Rycci guided us expertly throughout each step. We just had to make sure we brought the required documents and application.

As for general mail service, most of the postmasters are kind and knowledgeable. I have two recommendations for this location:
1. Being able to talk to an actual human being when calling rather than go through a layered robot tree and still not get the answer I needed. This is probably a higher corporate policy, but in case if it is not.
2. There should be signs guiding foot traffic:
-sign for picking up mail (that wasn't able to be delivered to
front door due to size, etc)
-sign for general waiting line for postal services
-sign for passport services
* I have been here enough to know how it works, but for anyone new I believe it would be beneficial. I remember I waited for 20 minutes to turn in the pink slip to receive my mail, but then I was redirected to the end lane as I was in the wrong waiting line.”

“I use a walker! Maile assisted me by carrying in two 20 lb box returns from my care. Maile printed out a label from my phone for one box and scanned the other box from my phone also. All the while she was attending to other customers. She was delightful and friendly and very very efficient at what she does for UPS Store. Don’t lose her!!!”
