“I am completely blanking on her name but a very lovely staff member with a brown pixie cut working in the athletic women’s section was absolutely amazing! She answered everything I had questions about & showed me around to help me find the best product :). I also noticed many other staff members doing the same for their own sections of the store. It is very nice to have different employees and cash registers for separate sections, especially considering the sheer size of this location!

The prices were very high for a lot of the items and I saw about 1 sale rack in the whole store, but Dillards is not fully at fault for that I suppose.

Other than steep prices, I have no complaints. It’s a great underrated spot here in Prescott to buy shoes or name brand clothes!”

“Ryan and Steve at the gun counter are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service and always go above and beyond and have always ordered any price deal or price change for me and have held guns for me between Prescott and Prescott Valley and also safes between globe and Prescott that is why I keep coming back for outstanding customer service”

“Good place to have lunch or dinner, then get your grocery shopping done.
There is a Walmart here that we go to occasionally, especially on days when we want to eat first. As we all know, it is a good idea to eat before grocery shopping. Right?
There are 2 places to eat here: 'in & out', and Olive Garden.
The' Olive Garden' is pretty good, and does a fairly brisk business. And the' In & out' seems to always have a long line at the drive thru.”

“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.

“Only wish was if there was someone by dressing rooms. People take so much stuff in there and take up to 30 mins long. Along with people going in and out with parents handing them stuff while a whole line is waiting. Last time it took 10-20 mins just to try on one dress.”

“Took my older 05 Chevy Impala in to get an oil change. I trust Walmart with my car no matter what state im in. And my car got stuck in park. They were confused and so was I. Not only did they spend a couple of hours figuring out the issue they still did my oil change even though it was an hour past close for the auto center, and they waived the fee and showed me how to now get my car in and out of gear. Super amazing, absolutely happy. Not happy a part went out, but im a realistic human and im fully aware my car is over 20 years old and has 308thousand miles, shit is going to happen(i travel alot) and it was absolutely not their fault. Thank you all for hard work and dedication. I'm truly sorry and absolutely embrassed this happened. They stayed polite the entire time and completely professional while figuring out this craziness. No one was mad about staying later after close. Absolutely recommend. Thank you thank you. Im truly sorry this happened ?. I dont any of their names it was the shop manager came in the assistant with black hair black beard a young man with a red hat (cutie by the way) and another gentleman with a clean shaved head. All polite all worked diligently, kept me informed the whole time. They were apologizing i was apologizing. This just happened and i decided to sit in the parking lot to write the review immediately so that that they know who was on staff. When they figured out the issue they offered to still do my oil change even though it was past closing time. I told them i could come back tomorrow, i felt bad, i still do and they said its cool we can get it done. Aww yall are so nice. Thank you thank you.”

“I made a quick stop at Walmart in Prescott and had a really smooth experience. The store was easy to get to, with a convenient location and plenty of parking available right up front. I was able to run in, find what I needed without any trouble, and check out quickly. The layout was organized, which made it simple to navigate even though I was in a hurry. The checkout process was efficient, and I was in and out faster than expected. Overall, it was a hassle-free stop and exactly what I needed.”
