“Link on my daughter’s gold plated necklace broke so I stopped at Kay jewelers who said they don’t have a jeweler on site but could send it out for $139 ?. Found Haney’s on line and saw they did repairs and had great reviews, so I asked if they could fix it via text and I got a response within 3 minutes saying yes. Went there and he said it’s very fine but I can get it done. Give me an hour or so as I have a few other customers to take care of. $15 is what it cost me. Well worth the extra 10 minute drive. It’s a small boutique jewelery store who take pride in their craft and no job is too big or small. I love the personal service touch of dealing with an owner who cares about their business and understands the customer is most important.”
“My husband has a very special family heirloom ring that had worn thin and broke apart. He was so concerned and about dropping this off at a repair shop but knew he wanted to get it fixed. Ruby's repaired the break and added gold to the worn portion that matched the rest of the ring perfectly. It is beautiful and they completed it two weeks earlier than promised! This helped with the anxiety he felt in letting that ring out of his sight. They were very kind and responsive. We would absolutley go to Rudy's again!”
