“Visited the Costco on Ellsworth sine we were going to lunch with friends. This is my favorite store as it is large and substantially less the 3 Costco's within 6 miles of my house. Isles were wide. We will be back.”

“Esatto in Queen gets 5 stars with me. Their communication (reminder texts for refills and scheduling pick-up) is a convenient service. My only (in-person) experience has been with Misagh who is always so friendly. His smile is “contagious” and it’s obvious that he loves his job. He always gives off “happy vibes”.”

“I recently had an incredible experience at Bashes that I can't help but share. When I was preparing for my son's birthday, I found myself in a bit of a bind with the cake decoration. Thankfully, the store manager, Matt, stepped in to assist me and made the process not only easier but truly enjoyable. His expertise and enthusiasm helped transform my cake into something special, and I left the store feeling excited and relieved. However, the following day, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at the store—a wallet that contained a significant amount of cash. Panic set in as I frantically called around. When I finally reached out to Bashes again and spoke to Matt, I was so relieved to learn that one of his team members had found my wallet and turned it in. Everything was intact! I am immensely grateful for the integrity and professionalism displayed by Matt and his team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I received my wallet back safely. This experience has reinforced my appreciation for Bashes, and I highly recommend this store not just for their products, but for their outstanding customer service. Thank you, Matt and team, for your exceptional support!”

“I understand that working in a pharmacy can be stressful and demanding, which makes the consistently outstanding service at the Costco Pharmacy even more impressive. Almost every interaction I’ve had has been positive, friendly, and helpful. The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always kind, professional, and willing to answer questions or go the extra mile to help. Their patience, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers make every visit a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!”

“Dustin Hedrick was incredibly professional and easy to talk to throughout our experience. He took the time to share a personal story about his wife’s Yukon and tire issues on a high-mileage vehicle, which helped him relate to our situation and made the conversation feel honest and respectful rather than sales-driven. Although the recommendation was ultimately to replace the tires and we’ll likely move forward elsewhere, I truly appreciate Dustin and his team for their attentiveness and efforts to help resolve the issue.”

“I love Safeway pharmacy. I’ve been going there for 15 years. There are some great people who work there. Over the years I’ve met some of the kindest in the field. They always treat me well and are professional.”

“I am surprised to see one star with Walmart Pharmacy . I have utilized Costco, Walgreens Safeway some great some horrible but out of frustration of waiting for three days for one prescription at Walgreens. I thought I'll give Walmart a shot. what I found is, ready for this? They answered the phone. OMG they were helpful. They were friendly. They got my prescription immediately taken care of and I picked it up in 45 minutes and the young woman in front smiled and was friendly. I am blown away, I think Walmart gets a bad wrap for a lot of things but I will only use Walmart for prescriptions from now on. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, fast and friendly they get FIVE STARS Thank you. #WallMartPharmacy”

“I was very impressed after a couple of years of terrible service from every other pharmacy. Service was great and people very personable and professional. Conversation with pharmacist was helpful and professional. THEY EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE in a timely manner. They made one mistake that was bothersome. I was told my rx was ready for pickup only to get there and find out I couldn't get it until the next day. Despite that, there were enough good things to give them another chance.”

“Great pharmacy, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Appreciate the drive-thru and ease of pickup. Thought leaving a message for a Pharmacist would go into the abyss but they are prompt with returning calls and helpful with any issues.”

“For anyone wanting to cut the crap of the automated voice on the phone when calling the pharmacy: Say “speak to pharmacy now” twice. That one gets me to a person every time :) She loves to redirect you like three times first otherwise lol. Honestly, I’ve had my issues here. Mistakes with ordering the wrong med (brand vs generic, which insurance does not tolerate). I can’t prove that’s not my doctor’s fault, but I’ve had a few issues so I’m thinking it has to be in part the pharmacy too. People at the window are always nice though. On phone it never takes me too long to talk to someone. Be aware most meds take 2 days to refill, at least from the app. Meaning it will be ready the second day in the afternoon or later. Some are same-day, probably moreso when you call it in. Just to temper your expectations.”
