“I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, because Pharmacy work is tough. Lots of prescriptions coming all day and who knows when you will be picking them up. When we first started using them mid Covid, the lines were horrendous. Now I usually only wait behind one or two people. Staff is always friendly and try to take care of you. Most of the time, I have to wait for my prescription to be filled, even if it has been there for 24 hours from my doctors. But now, I plan for the lack of timely prescription and shop after I check in. Then come back when I am done.”

“I've never had any issues at this pharmacy. A lot of pharmacies are short staffed, but this one has given me the most help and time. The staff and pharmacist are always polite and welcoming. Sometimes my prescriptions are back ordered a day or two but I'm always alerted.”

“If it wasn't for the slow system medical providers use to send prescription information to pharmacies I'd be giving them five stars. Based on staff effort alone, though, I will be giving them AT LEAST 4. Dave made it his mission to fill my prescription just minutes before closing, something my previous pharmacy would not do. The only reason I was there so late to pick it up was the lagging system I mentioned in the first part of this review. But the team there tonight was able to take care of everyone in line accordingly in a timely manner.”

“I love this Walgreens pharmacy! Everyone is always so nice and Since I have the App like they suggest I can keep track of when my order will be ready. I understand they get busy and can’t always get on the phone as fast as we would like to but they are busy and trying to actively hire more staff! My questions are always answered and my medicine is usually really within 24 hrs if not the same day! To the staff at the pharmacy hall are killing it!”
