“Great shoes, good sales, however don't return anything if you can help it. It took 20 minutes to return a couple of pairs of shoes. They have some type of backward way of manually re-adding your return up. Dang. Just scan the shoe box, scan the receipt, and whatever price I paid is what I get back. Simple.”

“I visited just before Christmas. It was slammed. They didn't have the jersey size I wanted, but it's understandable considering the holidays. I just hope they restock soon so I can trade it.The employees seemed very stressed. I get that it's the holidays and your days are long but you can still be nice! I had a good experience apart from that.”

“This skinny woman she had dyed hair like a orange color was very rude I was asking for a size and she busted looked at me rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath and she brought me the wrong size and I told her and she got really mad so that day I sadly did not get my shoes but I went back today and got shoes and a lovely lady sold me some but I really think you should fire that orange hair girl that was just plane rude I understand people have bad days but she’s was really rude I will no be going back after that.”

“I purchased some running shoes about a month ago from this store and have absolutely loved them. However, a few days ago, a rubber part of the sole began to peel back and seperate. I took the shoes back to the store, hoping that they could help me out. The manager was awesome. He quickly looked up the order and without any trouble, happily switched them out for me. They had the right size and color in stock so I left with the exact pair I wanted. Couldn't have gone better! Great customer service!”

“We love Queen Creek running, it is the only place we will go to buy athletic shoes for our family. We have been coming here for several years and they are always so helpful and insightful in helping us find the right shoes. We have a special needs son who can’t tell us how his shoes fit or feel, and with their help, we figure it out together. I have had both my knees replaced in the past 18 months and finding the right shoe before replacement was so difficult, but I got the best possible options to carry me through some severe knee pain and recovery. My husband is very picky about his shoes too and I went in tonight and Logan helped me find a new pair based on the previous pair he liked. I brought home 2 pairs thinking one might work and he loved both so much he is keeping them both. I 100% trust Logan and his team to fit each one of us in the right shoes and they have never steered us wrong. I highly recommend Queen Creek running and we will continue to utilize them as our first and only stop for shoes.”
