In my opinion they have one of if not the best fitter in AZ. His name is Fred and he has been the most helpful person I have met in all my years playing this game across the country. He takes his time with you. He does not try to sell you something you don’t need. If Fred does a fitting for you, it will have a positive impact on your game.
I truly can’t say enough about this store. I was worried when John sold it might change. But the new ownership and all the employees are doing a great job and have not skipped a beat. I don’t care what part of town or state you live in. This shop and these people are worth the drive! I personally recommend Fred. But every person I have met here are qualified and eager to help you improve and find the right equipment for your game.

I'm sure other sports stores are closer, or more convenient, but id rather make the drive for the wonderful customer service and experience of this local spot.”

“I love this brand. I know it's not a top choice for some people, but I gotta say Puma has come up in the last couple of years! Their style, fit, and pricing have me hooked and coming back for more! All of my Puma kicks are comfortable AF and I often find myself choosing them over my many other brands. I love the slip on styles, too, because I hate dealing with laces! If you ever see me with laces on, you'll notice 9 times out of 10 l, I have to wear them a certain way, lol.This Puma store is located at the Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler, AZ. They offer a military discount on top of sale prices, so you get a phenomenal deal on the merch! I love how the store is nicely laid out and clean. The employees are friendly and they offer a nice selection of apparel, shoes and accessories for the whole family. Check it out, pick up some cool swag, and save a bundle. Who doesn't love that?! ;)”
“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. I used to work at Banana Republic Factory in the outlets and whenever I went on break, I would pop into the store just to check out what was new and there were always some good finds (to my liking). I recently visited again and met two great employees (DeAnna and Josh) and they were amazing! Great humans who represented the brand very well, and I've met many employees here, but these two stood out after my purchase today and just wanted to show my appreciation by providing a Google review. “Update: Just Sports reached out and made this right. It had to come from outside the store but since they addressed everything and were great and addressed all my concerns I want to update the review and continue shopping with them.
The return policy at this place is a joke. They treat online completely separate from the stores. I've had two issues. The first I had a jacket I got for Christmas that I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Well it was bought on black Friday on their website so it was $10 less that the in-store price. The store had the size I needed and wouldn't let me exchange it for the right size because of the price difference. They said I had to do that online which would involve shipping back to the warehouse and back to me when I literally had the jacket in hand. Second issue happened more recently. I bought a shirt that was on clearance. When I got home I noticed the print on the shirt was crooked. I went back to the store and they would not exchange it because it was a clearance item. I fully understand clearance not being returnable but its crazy to not be able to exchange a defective product. I will have to look more closely in the future at their stuff since their customer service lacks so much.”
“Place was packed for Christmas but a crew member got me what I needed in literally one minute, which, prompt me to send him to the back twice more for one other pair - Mind you - Store's packed! “I wanted to take a moment to recognize T and Angelique because they have truly made an impact on me.
Like a lot of people, sometimes life gets to be a little heavy, and I’ll joke that I’m doing a little retail therapy. But every time I walk into this Lululemon, I leave feeling lighter than when I came in, and that’s because of them.
T is absolutely incredible. She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special.
Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable.
People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it’s really about people. They don’t just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. Every single time I leave that store, I feel happier than when I walked in, and I think that’s a pretty incredible gift to give someone.
I hope they know the difference they make. Employees like T and Angelique are the reason customers come back, and they deserve to be recognized for the care, compassion, and positivity they bring to every interaction.”

“I had such an incredible experience in the archery department at Scheels thanks to Drew.
As a complete beginner purchasing my first bow, I honestly walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I was doing. Drew immediately changed that. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me learn. He didn’t rush the process at all — even though I came in later than I probably should have (which was on me!). Not once did he make me feel like an inconvenience.
He took his time walking me through every detail — from setup to fit to technique — explaining things in a way that made sense and made me feel confident. You can tell he takes his job seriously and truly cares about doing things the right way. He’s clearly a pro, incredibly conscientious, and passionate about archery. That kind of professionalism and dedication absolutely stands out.
Employees like Drew are the reason people come back and stay loyal to a store. His level of service deserves recognition — and honestly, give the man a raise. It shows when someone loves what they do, and Drew absolutely does.
