“I visited just before Christmas. It was slammed. They didn't have the jersey size I wanted, but it's understandable considering the holidays. I just hope they restock soon so I can trade it.The employees seemed very stressed. I get that it's the holidays and your days are long but you can still be nice! I had a good experience apart from that.”

“We bought our son shoes online, we came to exchange them because they didn’t fit him correctly and one of the workers was so helpful!! Our son has a very fat foot, so it’s kind of hard finding him shoes. We kept apologizing to him and he said “you’re okay, it’s my job.” And you never really come across ppl who enjoying helping out. His name is Tate! So we needed to leave a good review for him and the store cause it’s out go to!!”

“This skinny woman she had dyed hair like a orange color was very rude I was asking for a size and she busted looked at me rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath and she brought me the wrong size and I told her and she got really mad so that day I sadly did not get my shoes but I went back today and got shoes and a lovely lady sold me some but I really think you should fire that orange hair girl that was just plane rude I understand people have bad days but she’s was really rude I will no be going back after that.”

I just purchased a knife so I can't give a 5 star until I take time to use it. The knife is solid and everything about it is tight. I will post a 5 star if it holds up after 30 days.”

“This place actually has super trendy clothes!!the have the good stuff so it can get pricey but I have two super fashionable boys with their own styles (9 and 19) and they are always happy with Dicks- honestly more than Foot Locker and the Nike stores.
Walter (Dicks employee) helped me out as I was buying shoes for my 9 year old. He was by far the most knowledgeable, the most helpful and the most customer service orientated employee in the whole place. He asked me if I needed help, I didn’t have to ask him. He brought me countless pares of shoes as I FaceTimed my 9 year old.
He also helped me avoid making a Cardinal sin, buying Curry’s (which I thought were J Murants) instead of Jordan’s. This ma deserves to be recognized for his customer service and Nike expertise!
The service was so good, that’s why I’m sitting down in Dicks before checking out to write this review.”
