“This review is for the Tire service I received. I want to mention Jacob in this review. He handled my order and specific requests with professionalism, courteousy, and patience. Jacob is the reason I will continue to purchase tires through Costco. His vast knowledge in this department made the installation and purchase non-stressful. This is big for me as most employees do not have this knowledge or expertise. As long as Jacob is working here, I will continue to do business with the company (Costco) for my tire purchases. Jacob deserves a pay raise and employee of the month recognition, as it is hard to find employees with his knowledge and patience. “DONOT enter from first gate. Proceed to second gate, intercom guard, he will open door, goto guard shack stop sign and wait for guard to come out and check you in with your ID. He will guide you to the dock. Very tight right turn from guard shack to docks. Clean facility and no restrooms. Easy to back in door”

“Visited the Costco on Ellsworth sine we were going to lunch with friends. This is my favorite store as it is large and substantially less the 3 Costco's within 6 miles of my house. Isles were wide. We will be back.”
