“Donaldson Watch Repair was referred to me by Jax Jewelers. My Kinetic Seiko watch would no longer hold the mechanical charge and for years I could not get it repaired at a reasonable cost. Donaldson came through with flying colors and even though I arrived to pick it up a few minutes after the door was closed and locked he went beyond the call of duty and still allowed me to retrieve my watch (which looks and works better than ever!!).
