“I had been looking for a shop that did quality work with the customers best interest in mind. I found it. Dan was very transparent in his explanations of how they operate, what matters to them and keeping the customer as happy as can be. Took my 2022 Chevy Colorado in for a weird noise in the engine bay. They found the source and fixed it at a reasonable cost and advised me on some other things that could use attention. After getting the total cost, I agreed to some of the work. 2 days later Dan reminded me that he was waiting on the extended warranty information (I had completely forgotten about it). They wanted to make sure everything would be covered. Come to find out, the warranty did NOT cover much of anything. Dan worked with me to make sure things would be done right. I don't need a quick fix shop. I needed a shop that wanted return business. TKS Auto is that.”
