“Just moved to Scottsdale from Denver and found myself with a few coolant leaks. Drove over to Autohaus and was kindly and quickly greeted by Josh. Incredibly knowledgeable guy. They offered to take a look at the car the same day to diagnose the issue. After going over the issue with me they provided a very fair and transparent quote. They completed the work in the next couple days so fast. Throughout the process they stayed in good communication about the progress. The work they did was incredibly high quality and I would absolutely recommend this shop and will be coming here anytime my bmws need help. Chris and Josh were amazing and do great work.”

“I cannot explain how incredibly AMAZING these guys were. We are traveling home back to Montana and had an emergency tire situation. We busted a few studs off of our rim and all the lug nuts were pulled away and loose from a previous shop who didn’t torque them correctly before we left on our travels. I called a few different tire shops, asking if anyone had any extra studs we could buy and replace and this shop was the only one that gave me advice and answered my question with actual genuine concern. Of course, no one had any, but we decided to swing by this shop to have them swap out our current rim for our spare rim (the one we were driving on, was totally shot).
They didn’t even HESITATE. They pulled us in immediately and got to work less than an hour before closing time!!! They were quick, and efficient and also let my husband use some of their tools. They did not get pissy when we ended up staying a little past closing time, and were incredibly caring and helpful. After all of that, they wouldn’t charge us ANYTHING. They knew we were struggling and didn’t ask for a penny. We sure wish we got their names so we could thank them on here properly, but the whole shop was amazing.
We have NEVER used a Midas shop before but after this experience, we will be strong supporters. If anyone is passing through and needing help, or if you’re a local trying to find a GREAT tire shop… This is THE PLACE TO GO. No exceptions.
And Midas Shop… if you’re reading this… my husband got all 7 studs replaced (they only had 7 on hand) in the Oreillys Parking spot and ended up getting to our hotel by 11pm.
We will be forever grateful for the kindness you showed us yesterday.

“This May, while at Scottsdale Auto Nation for service on our 2019 Subaru Forester Touring we met Eve in the Sales department. She was very cordial, and gave us an estimate for trading in our Forester.
Fast forward to July, we decided to give our 2019 Forester to our daughter who has medical problems and purchase our 5th Subaru Forester which is the only kind of car we’ll own and we feel safe in it.
