“Excellent service and bikes! The team did a great job teaching us how to use them (so easy!) and gave great recommendations for local trails. We had lots of fun. Bikes were in pristine condition too!”
“Our bike rentals were great! As someone who loves biking trails, I only wish the rentals had been available earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, by the time we were able to get out on the trail, it was too hot to fully enjoy the ride. That said, the convenience of being able to rent the bikes while staying at the resort just down the road was a huge plus and made the experience very easy and enjoyable overall.”
“I had a fitting done with Max and it was by far the best fit I’ve ever had! Best for two reasons: 1) the technical fit was VERY precise with the computer vision mapping of my mechanics; 2) Max’s experience as a professional rider coupled with his patience, willingness to share, and make adjustments that improved my riding and my comfort. We went through several rounds of adjustment-recheck w the visual analysis-adjust again. It was incredibly helpful to watch myself ride with the overlay of angles of my legs, feet, and upper body. Max discussed what we saw, suggested adjustments, and explained how those adjustments would benefit performance and comfort. I picked-up 2-3 mph beginning on my next ride!
A little pricey, but if you’re a serious cyclist, you’re wasting your money and time getting a fitting anywhere else!”
“Easy to make a bike reservation ahead of time. Staff helped me choose a route to ride and had great local information, very helpful. The bike I rented was nice except the brakes needed adjustment. Overall, very good experience and would rent from them again.”

“My second and third visits to Bicycle Ranch were helpful. Had a couple of flats and we concluded that it was time to replace the tire. They got it done in 20 minutes and recommended a solid tire for local riding. The next day I was back with an MTB where I couldn't get the pedals off for shipping...the mechanic was able to do so in seconds.

“I recently moved into the area with no vehicle, so I purchased a small ebike. Love it but...the disc was tweaked during shipment and made a rubbing noise while I rode.
After contacting the company, they told me to send it back for a complete refund/exchange. That's all well & good, but I'm 68 with a bad back, and where would I come up with a box - was damaged in shipment. Plus the fact that I'd have to pay to send it back!
I had just about come to the conclusion that the end result would end up with me riding it until I couldn't; didn't pay much for it compared to others.
When I found that this Bike Shop was fairly close to where I live, I called & explained my situation.
The gentleman on the phone was very cordial & told me to bring it in, so I did so earlier today, noise & all.
Miles made small adjustments while I watched and fixed it. I told him that he'd made my day & the rest of my life.
Paying a nominal fee & thanking him profusely, I headed out the door.
I will definitely be back!”
