“So impressed with the entire Bike Emporium team!!! They are always very friendly, professional and helpful and they do NOT try to upsell you to buy anything that you do not need or want. Every time I have had my road bike serviced there, the time service is amazing, the price is very reasonable, and it rides like a dream. Today I stopped in because I had a problem with spin bike chain so the owner, Jim, sent a team member over to pick it up from my house. They serviced it and delivered it back to me all within just a few short hours! I am so happy to have such an awesome local shop that I can count on for all of my cycling equipment needs! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to purchase or rent a bike, or if you need a tune up or bike gear for any age rider.”

“These guys are great, probably the best customer service I’ve had at a bike shop and I’ve been to a lot over the years. My son and I were a walk-in for an e-bike rental and within a few minutes they had us hooked up and out the door. Jon and his Pedego team are very friendly and helpful, and while they do like folks to make reservations, they treated us awesome as a walk-in. So much so we went back for another ride two days later before we had to go to the airport and head home. Anyway, gladly giving this shop 5 stars and would do more if that was an option. When we are in Scottsdale next we are definitely going back!”

“Wintertime Scottsdale , and you’re probably thinking golf…understandable.But WOW, did we make the BEST decision to rent e-bikes and tour Scottsdale that way…..and we even played golf too! (Top Golf ?)Scottsdale has a few trails that make cruising around the city a really enjoyable time. Cholla trail, Arizona Canal Trail and the Pima residential trail.Because of these trails we saw WAY more than just Scottsdale, what a way to experience a city.The crew at Magnum EBikes, are like exactly the type of crew you want to rent you a bike! They of course know their bikes front to back, but as well if they see a malfunction they will address the issue on the spot.We told them our plan with the bikes and we knew we would be riding at night, so they made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed….lights, backup power, saddlebags for gear and the right bike for the job.5 STAR / EXCELLENT experience at Magnum Bikes!”

“I am a bit delinquent in providing this review. We were in AZ for the Ironman in November. My daughter is on the West Point Tri Team and travelled from NY for her first Ironman and was quite stressed just for the event. Upon arrival she opened her bike case and found that TSA opened the case, did not properly close it, and the result was some decent damage and completely snapped cables. 24 hours to staging and there was heavy stress and uncertainty. Her tri team had previously visited Moxie on a prior Spring Break trip, so we were at the door at opening to beg for help in what we knew was a busy time with many people coming in for tune-ups on race weekend. We were met by Corbin - with a little begging he took the bike and told us he'd get it done. We called at closing time and were told the bike was somewhat apart but assured it would be ready in the morning. Corbin stayed late and by the next morning the damage was fixed - Corbin also took care of a few other residual issues that had been lingering. All I can say is Corbin really knows his bikes and totally took care of us. Bike performed well in the Ironman, my daughter was 14th overall and earned a trip France for 2024 World's when 24 hours before she was worried that she wouldn't be able to race.On a related but separate note - this was an old, borrowed bike to begin with so we started looking for a high-end used bike as an upgrade for her 2024 season. As fate would have it, we stumbled upon a great used upgrade - a Cervelo P5X - at Moxie! Initially had a phone conversation with Corbin and then worked with Blake to close the deal. They packed it up, shipped it to NY, and the bike is ready to earn plenty of frequent flier miles in 2024.Thanks to the team at Moxie!”

Bike cellar actually recommended them because we were looking for e-bike rentals and they don’t have them Sarah at Pedego was wonderful, she set us up with a lock and bag to carry our stuff and gave us a cold water bottle. I cannot recommend this shop enough to anyone wanting to see the Scottsdale area in a fun and beautiful way. she provided us with a detailed map with our whole route highlighted, and gave us great directions of places to stop and see. We stopped at pedago park hiked the hole in the rock rode along the green belt trail. Price was the best in town by far.”

“10/10, absolutely love this place. I had broken a pedal off my e-bike, and unceremoniously dropped by (meaning without calling or making an appointment), and the team got me right in. They ordered the parts and installed the cutest new pedals (that I happened to find while shopping around the surprisingly well-stocked retail area) for me, and delivered on time with every time promise they made. As a bonus, my bike runs 1000% better than it did when I dropped it off. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
