The bank was super helpful and professional courteous friendly efficient. The experience was wonderful with helpful banker who explained each step and was patient with questions and concerns. The process took some time online but all banker made customer feel important not just another customer. Kids helped roll coins and gave suckers and coloring books making time pleasant refreshing opened new checking and savings account today.
Scott was super helpful! We came in with our son to exchange his piggy bank savings. Scott helped roll all the coins, gave the kids suckers and coloring books! I wouldn't be surprised if my son decides to be a banker now after having such a good time.
